• Provide accurate information and respond to customer concerns.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and overview of Emser's offerings.
• Explain Emser brand identity, differentiation, and product philosophy.
• Assist customers at the counter alongside the Customer Support Representative.
• Organize account base into categories and prioritize activities by potential.
• Develop plans for longer term sales cycles and growth.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with Management to set goals.
• Provide samples to trade accounts, referrals, and walk-ins as needed.
• Build branch sales by explaining product knowledge and identifying needs.
