Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, seeks a Project Administrator in Sioux Falls to support the contracting group. You will work under supervision with Project Managers and interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely project delivery.

The role emphasizes document control, procurement, job costing, invoicing, and administrative closeout across multiple projects, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proactive approach; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience using financial systems; basic accounting including AR/AP is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement, invoicing, and project cost tracking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work and use enterprise systems for project administration.
• Coordinate handoff from Sales to Operations in enterprise systems.
• Manage projects through life cycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Handle procurement: orders, subcontracts, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing to customers per project requirements.
• Record costs, time sheets, and forecasts; prepare project reports.
• Review billing backlog and communicate with project teams to resolve issues.
