Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Contracting Project Administrator in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports project managers with documentation, procurement, invoicing, and closeout, across multiple projects at various stages.

Under moderate supervision, you will interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely completion and positive project culture, while coordinating with leadership, legal, and financial services to ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and sound judgement.
• Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial systems including AR/AP is an asset.
• Construction law knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow establish standard work and processes across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate transition of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise systems.
• Administer projects through full lifecycle to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage procurement per project requirements; issue POs and subcontracts to vendors.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Record project costs with team members; review billing backlog with PMs and field staff.
