Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Contract Verification Representative in Breckenridge, CO. You will guide new timeshare owners through contract execution, explain documents, and ensure accurate, notarized closings while protecting confidential information.

You will collaborate with sales and support teams in a fast-paced environment, handling payments, transfers, and documentation to create a seamless owner experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Notary Public commission from Colorado or ability to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as required.
• Experience in fast-paced office environments is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Guide new timeshare owners through contract execution in person or virtually.
• Explain contract documents clearly and address owner questions to reduce cancellations.
• Ensure accurate completion and notarization of purchase documents for closing.
• Follow up on incomplete/incorrect paperwork.
• Prepare and track contract packages via DocuSign and internal systems.
• Maintain detailed spreadsheets and TSx (TSW) records.
• Generate daily active file reports and conduct purchaser credit checks.
• Process payments (cash, checks, mail) per procedures.
• Assist with ownership transfers and related deeds/appraisals.
• Collaborate with sales brokers/managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver owner kits to new purchasers.
• Uphold hospitality standards and protect owner confidentiality.
