Grand Welcome Breckenridge Franchise is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Assistant Field Manager to ensure vacation rental properties are guest-ready across multiple homes in the Breckenridge area. You will inspect, stage, and document property conditions, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, and use Office365 and inspection apps to track issues.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, property inspection, or quality control is a plus.
• No experience required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage properties to exceed guest expectations and deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Conduct detailed post-cleaning inspections, verify inventory, and assess the overall condition of facilities.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and perform small repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and use tech tools to track inspection data.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest check-in/out scheduling needs.
