Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking an Account Manager in Accounts Receivable Management to audit accounts, resolve mortgage and HOA inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to Owners.

This onsite role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while supporting Sales and Customer Service teams.

Competenze

• One-year certificate in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to navigate databases and perform online research.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic math and balance calculation.

Mansioni

• Audit and verify new AR accounts for accuracy.
• Monitor mortgage and HOA inquiries and overdue accounts.
• Process incoming payments and assist with deed releases.
• Respond to owner inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed notes in tracking software and escalate when needed.
• Support HOA deed recoveries, bankruptcies, and special projects.
