Job summary

Vericast seeks a Treasury Management Specialist to support clients during online banking upgrades and conversions. You will deliver training, provide front-line support, and identify additional needs for corporate customers.

Ideal candidates have Treasury Management experience, strong communication, and a track record in managing complex client accounts. This contract role requires US-based work in San Antonio, TX and attention to NACHA/ACH file handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treasury Management sales/resource or client service/account management.
• Experience with online banking treasury management systems and related bank services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate clients during online banking upgrade/conversion.
• Provide technical support, customer service and sales assistance.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual training sessions for clients transitioning platforms.
• Consult with clients to identify additional product needs.
• Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients.
