Job summary

Managed Staffing, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

This contract-to-hire role covers full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.
• Experience coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Ability to work with temporary staffing agencies and contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interview process, scheduling, and timely follow-up.
• Oversee onboarding of temporary staff and new hires, including background checks.
