Job summary

Requirements include 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Training will cover policy, security procedures, and compliance as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members with telephone requests and service needs.
• Provide call center service and handle transactions and problem resolution.
• Guide online and mobile banking navigation, including payments.
• Answer questions about services to resolve issues.
• Educate members on suitable financial products and services.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policy, controls, and security procedures.
