Job summary

Associated Energy Group, LLC (AEG Fuels) is seeking a junior Business Process Analyst to support Contract to Billing process improvement and system migration initiatives. Under the Manager of Business Transformation, CTB, you will document current processes, help design future state workflows, and create process maps and requirements.

The role collaborates with Billing Operations, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Contract to Billing process improvements.
• Document current and future state processes and workflows.
• Create process maps, RACI matrices, and SOPs.
• Assist with requirements gathering and user stories.
• Support system migrations and testing activities.
