Job summary

Associated Energy Group, LLC seeks a junior Business Process Analyst to support Contract to Billing transformations in a global aviation fuels environment. The role focuses on documenting current-state processes, mapping future workflows, and collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Tech teams.

Ideal candidates are organized, data-driven professionals with basic Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, SIPOC, value stream mapping, or RCA.
• 1–3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or related role.
• Ability to document processes, workflows, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Contract to Billing process review and improvement.
• Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews.
• Gather information to map current-state processes across teams.
• Document current-state activities, rules, and system interactions.
• Help develop future-state processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Create process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and docs.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Support root-cause analysis for billing and data quality issues.
• Document improvements and track action items to completion.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Understand system workflows and data dependencies for tech changes.
• Support migrations, integrations, testing, and readiness activities.
• Help develop UAT scenarios and test scripts.
• Participate in UAT, log defects, and follow up resolutions.
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Prepare training materials and process communications.
• Monitor process performance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
• Promote standardization across Contract to Billing.
