Job summary

Associated Energy Group, LLC (AEG Fuels) is seeking a junior-level Business Process Analyst, CTB, to support Contract to Billing process improvement and system transformation in Miami, FL. You will document current state processes, assist with future state design, and create detailed process maps and SOPs.

The role requires analytical mindset, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with process mapping and documenting current and future state processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience with process discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with BPM, SIPOC, value stream mapping, or six sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve end-to-end Contract to Billing processes including contract setup, pricing, billing, and reporting.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops and operational reviews.
• Document current state processes with activities, roles, rules, decisions, and system interactions.
• Develop future state processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and customer experience.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices and other docs.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Support root cause analysis for billing errors and delays.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements and translate them for technical teams.
• Assist with system migrations, integrations, and testing activities.
