Job summary

AEG Fuels in Miami, FL is seeking a junior Business Process Analyst, CTB, to support end-to-end Contract to Billing improvements. You will document current processes, help design future state workflows, and create process maps with RACI matrices.

You will collaborate across Billing, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology and Transformation teams, gathering requirements, mapping data flows, and supporting system migrations and testing to drive accuracy, efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, SIPOC, value stream mapping or root cause analysis.
• 1–3 years in business analysis, process improvement, billing operations, finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, procedures or requirements.
• Ability to create/update process maps, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Contract to Billing processes including contract setup, pricing, billing preparation, and reconciliation.
• Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and operational reviews.
• Gather information from stakeholders to map current processes across teams and systems.
• Document current state processes, key activities, roles, business rules, and system interactions.
• Develop future state processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Create and maintain process maps, diagrams, and SOPs (RACI, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and opportunities for automation.
• Support root cause analysis for billing errors and data quality issues.
• Document recommendations and track actions to completion.
• Help gather business/functional requirements and user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Understand system workflows and data dependencies to assess technology impact.
• Support system migrations, integrations, and enhancements with documentation and testing.
• Assist in creating UAT scenarios and test scripts, participate in testing, and track defects.
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Assist with training materials, SOPs, and process communications.
• Help monitor process performance with KPIs and service levels.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Promote standardized documentation and continuous improvement across CTB.
