Job summary

Associated Energy Group, LLC (AEG Fuels) is seeking a junior Business Process Analyst to support the Contract to Billing (CTB) lifecycle, collaborating with Billing Operations, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Business Transformation teams.

You will document current state processes, help design future state workflows, create process maps and requirements, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, IS, industrial engineering, or operations management.
• Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, SIPOC, value stream mapping, or root cause analysis.
• 1–3 years in business analysis, process improvement, billing operations, finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, procedures, or operational requirements.
• Ability to create or update process maps, diagrams, workflows, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Contract to Billing processes and reporting.
• Document current state processes and develop future state workflows.
• Create and maintain process maps, diagrams, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
• Assist with gathering requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing and post-implementation reviews.
