Job summary

Xometry is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This 6-month contract role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data, while advising hiring managers on strategy and offers.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to meet organizational needs. Onsite work is required 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience across Technology, Engineering, Product, Data.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment process for technical positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to guide decisions.
