You will autonomously source, prescreen, interview, and onboard talent, partnering with hiring managers to build diverse pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong sourcing creativity, and familiarity with the Intelligence Community market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within the Intelligence Community market or other niche industries.
• Extensive creative sourcing experience to fill hard-to-fill technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for cleared IT professionals in Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction market.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using Boolean search strings and databases.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and map candidates to open requisitions across contracts.
• Maintain an active LinkedIn presence and post to ATS with brand-aligned content.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and technical leadership to meet role requirements.
• Present recruitment analytics and update requisitions regularly.
• Create thorough job descriptions and ensure ATS accuracy and compliance.
