Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our technology organization, including cloud engineering, software development, DevSecOps, data science, AI/ML, and cybersecurity for federal customers. You will partner with technical leaders, craft targeted sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and build high-quality pipelines.

This hybrid/onsite role can be based in Tysons, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina, with Fayetteville area

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Ability to work from Tysons, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina (Fayetteville area preferred).
Experience recruiting across cloud, software, DevSecOps, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related tech domains.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, data, and digital teams.
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop talent strategies and pipelines.
Conduct market mapping, targeted outreach, and candidate screening.
Provide labor market intelligence and recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate ATS data and improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
