Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our technology organization and federal programs. You will partner with technical leaders to develop talent strategies, build pipelines, and compete for top talent across cloud, software, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and data domains.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle recruiting, market intelligence, and successful collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting complex engineering, technology, or digital organizations.
Ability to work from Tysons, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina, preferably Fayetteville.
Experience recruiting across cloud, software, DevSecOps, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related disciplines.
Strong understanding of modern technical skill sets and talent markets.
Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and engage passive talent.
Experience with recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence decisions.
Experience recruiting in government contracting or federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting across technical, engineering, data, and digital teams.
Build targeted recruiting strategies, map markets, and develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Screen candidates, manage interviews, and craft offers in collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide labor market intelligence, compensation insights, and sourcing recommendations.
Maintain compliant recruitment practices including OFCCP requirements.
Track recruiting activity and funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
