Arbor Energy is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to scale its engineering team during a growth phase in El Segundo, CA. You will own full-cycle recruiting for complex hardware roles, designing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and guiding offers through close.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and the People and Talent team to attract engineers building high-performance, emissions-free power systems at scale. This onsite role supports Arbor’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for deep-tech engineering talent (aerospace, energy, advanced manufacturing).
• Strong research skills and pipeline building.
• Competitive talent-market awareness and stakeholder partnering.
