Form Energy in Berkeley, CA is seeking a contract Staff Technical Recruiter to partner with our Engineering org, driving the talent strategy for mechanical, electrical, and hardware roles. You will own full-cycle searches, collaborating with managers to scale teams and influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering.
• Understanding of the hardware product lifecycle from R&D to manufacturing.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders using recruiting metrics and data.

Responsibilities

• Strategic full-cycle ownership of niche engineering searches.
• Executive partnership with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing to build pipelines of hardware talent.
• Create structured hiring processes ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on the hardware talent market.
• Develop creative outreach to engage engineering communities.
