Job summary

Arbor Energy & Resources Corporation, also known as Arbor Energy, is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to scale our hardware engineering teams during a growth phase. You will own full-cycle recruitment for complex hardware roles, crafting targeted sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates to drive offers and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to attract engineers building high-performance systems for emissions-free power.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for deep-tech engineering talent (aerospace, advanced manufacturing, energy systems).
• Strong research skills and creativity in building pipelines.
• Strong understanding of competitive talent markets and target pools.
• Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Build targeted search strategies and talent pipelines for difficult roles.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and conduct initial screenings.
• Maintain strong candidate experience through all recruiting stages.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams to meet Arbor’s hiring goals.
