Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a contractor to support and optimize our FileVine and Lead Docket configurations. You will build fields, clean up data, and automate workflows while ensuring data integrity across systems.

The role includes documenting processes, creating quick reference guides, and training staff on updates. You should be comfortable learning new tools, maintain confidentiality, and translate business needs into efficient software workflows.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning new software and techniques
• Ability to translate business needs into improved workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with legal operations or case management is a plus
• Able to train staff after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Support FileVine configuration, field buildouts, and cleanup
• Assist with Lead Docket setup, workflow automation, and data integrity
• Map fields and sync data between Lead Docket and Filevine
• Document processes and create simple internal reference guides
• Participate in training and help staff understand system updates
• Troubleshoot user questions and recommend process improvements
