Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a contractor to support and optimize our FileVine and Lead Docket configurations. You will build fields, clean up data, and automate workflows while ensuring data integrity across systems.

The role includes documenting processes, creating quick reference guides, and training staff on updates. You should be comfortable learning new tools, maintain confidentiality, and translate business needs into efficient software workflows.

• Contract Software and Systems Support for Law Firm

DESCRIPTION:

• We are a growing law firm seeking a contractor to assist with software support, buildouts, and system clean-up—primarily in Filevine (legal case management) and Lead Docket (lead intake & tracking). This role is for someone comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to help optimize our systems with guidance and training
• This is a contract position, with potential for ongoing work depending on fit and firm needs

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support FileVine configuration, field buildouts, and cleanup
• Assist with Lead Docket setup, workflow automation, and data integrity
• Help map fields and sync data between Lead Docket and Filevine
• Document processes and create simple internal reference guides
• Participate in training and help staff understand system updates
• Troubleshoot user questions and recommend process improvements

WHO YOU ARE:

• Comfortable learning and working with Filevine and Lead Docket
• Understand the confidentiality concerns of a law firm
• Technically savvy with strong organizational skills
• Able to translate business needs into improved software workflows
• Clear communicator who can train others after onboarding
• Experience with legal operations or case management systems is a plus

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:

• Flexible hours preferably Pacific time; remote
• Must be able to work onsite during the first few months before working fully remote
• Training provided
• Potential for future work based on performance
