Judi Health in New York, NY (hybrid three-day) is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, conduct initial screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven years as a full-cycle recruiter in clinical or operations roles.
• Proven success recruiting for diverse roles across fast-paced environments.
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, tech forums).
• Experience working in Greenhouse (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience as Judi Health's first point of contact.
• Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plans.
• Maintain passive talent pipelines for future needs.
• Track pipeline metrics and report recruiting performance.
• Contribute to continuous talent acquisition process improvements.
