Judi Health in New York, NY (hybrid three-day) is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, conduct initial screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven years as a full-cycle recruiter in clinical or operations roles.
• Proven success recruiting for diverse roles across fast-paced environments.
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, tech forums).
• Experience working in Greenhouse (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate with leaders.

Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced and driven Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. You’ll work on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various clinical and non-clinical departments. You'll play a crucial role in building our teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• As the first touch point to Judi Health, deliver consistent high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted strategic partner with leaders across the business, working closely with hiring managers on job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, specialized tech forums).
• Experience working in Greenhouse, strongly preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

New York, NY Salary Range: $40 USD - $45 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range: $35 USD - $40 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $30 USD - $35 USD
