Job summary

Stealth Startup in Redwood City is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter for 6 months to partner with the Engineering team. You will identify, attract, and hire strong technical talent using data-driven recruiting practices and structured processes, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, build interview plans with engineers, and maintain data hygiene in Ashby to ensure accurate Talent datasets and timely offers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical/engineering roles.
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent.
• Understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Excellent project management and ability to balance high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
• Meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies.
• Partner with engineering to build structured interview plans that assess technical and functional competencies.
• Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of Talent datasets.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
