You will manage external/internal applicants, referrals, and end-to-end recruitment while leveraging Workday ATS to post positions and report on progress.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, corporate and agency experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Record of scaling high-performing organizations in tech/consulting.
• Ability to assess and interview candidates (behavioral/competency-based a plus).
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary (bonus, LTI/RSUs, sign-on).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent with diverse pipelines.
• Build tailored assessments and interview processes for hiring needs.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout recruiting cycle.
