Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Product Engineering hiring across NAMER (US & Canada). The role focuses on passive candidates, diverse pipelines, and effective sourcing, with Workday as the applicant tracking system.

You will manage the full recruiting cycle, partner with stakeholders, and drive results while leveraging AI tools to identify top talent in AI, ML, and data science domains. Hybrid work options available in select locations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of recruitment experience (corporate and agency preferred).
• Experience sourcing and recruiting AI talent (ML Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Experience scaling high-performing organizations in tech/consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top passive candidates and diverse pipelines.
• Build tailored interview processes to evaluate skills and fit.
• Meet performance targets and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Utilize Workday ATS to post roles, manage candidates, and generate reports.
