Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to partner with Product Engineering teams across NAMER (US & Canada) and drive end-to-end talent acquisition for software, data science, and product management roles. You will identify passive candidates, source creatively, and manage the recruiting process from requisition to offer while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

In this hybrid role, you will leverage Workday for ATS, build diverse talent pipelines, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of recruitment experience, corporate and agency preferred.
• Experience sourcing AI talent (ML Engineers, Data Scientists) preferred.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and recruit diverse talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from receipt of approved requisition to the accepted offer
• Create and execute recruiting strategies with stakeholders to drive results
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent with diverse pipelines
• Build tailored assessment and interview processes for hiring needs
• Be accountable for meeting targets and candidate experience throughout recruiting cycle
• Use Workday ATS to post positions, manage candidates, and maintain data
• Implement best practices to attract diverse talent including social media, outreach and referrals
