Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Product Engineering teams in NAMER (US & Canada). The role focuses on attracting passive candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires across software, AI, and product management functions.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, implementing diverse pipelines, and leveraging Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience with corporate and agency work.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Experience scaling high‑performing tech or information services teams.
• Training in behavioral or competency-based interviewing is a plus.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build tailored assessment and interview processes for hiring needs.
• Meet performance targets and ensure high‑quality candidate experience.
• Use Workday ATS to post positions, manage candidates, and generate reports.
