Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, corporate and agency experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing AI talent (ML Engineers, Data/Applied Scientists) preferred.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top passive talent and diverse pipelines.
• Develop tailored assessments and interview processes.
• Utilize Workday ATS to post positions, manage candidates, and generate reports.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and meet performance targets.
