Job summary

Thrive Global Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiting & Talent Operations Specialist to drive fast, high-quality hiring. You will manage candidate sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a smooth process from outreach to offer acceptance.

As an individual contributor, you’ll partner with hiring managers, refine job descriptions, and optimize workflows while maintaining data integrity in the ATS and delivering timely updates on recruiting status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or similar.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); Rippling is a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, reports, and candidate records.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-fill, reporting to leadership.
