Thrive Global is seeking a Contract Recruiting Operations Specialist to drive candidate sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, identify strong candidates, and move candidates from outreach through offer acceptance.

You will manage workflows, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, and report on pipeline health while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years hands-on recruiting experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Rippling experience a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and functions.
• Confident when working with senior leaders and managers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Source and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Coordinate outreach, maintain an active pipeline for current and anticipated needs.
• Manage recruiting workflows from identification to offer, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain clean ATS data for reporting and compliance; track pipeline health and metrics.
• Prepare interview packets and provide status updates to stakeholders.
