TogetherWork is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Marketing and Operations to support a growing SaaS environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Marketing and select Operations roles, partnering with senior leaders to define success profiles and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Marketing recruiting experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
Ability to recruit across multiple Marketing disciplines and seniority levels.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers; data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to offer closeout.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
Screen and assess candidates against defined requirements, not resumes alone.
Partner with hiring managers and maintain ownership of the process.
Ensure timely feedback, scorecard completion and candidate experience.
Use recruiting data and AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining judgment.
