Thrive Talent Solutions is expanding its internal team in the US and is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help identify top talent, build strong pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience across roles.

You will source, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit based on skills, experience, motivation, and culture. The role offers a fully remote, full-time position with growth opportunities into broader Talent Acquisition leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in agency or fast-paced in-house environments.
• Experience recruiting for international or US-based companies.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct structured first-round interviews.
• Assess candidates against defined requirements.
• Proactively engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Partner with the HR Director/Talent Acquisition Lead to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists, along with relevant information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Support multiple positions simultaneously while keeping priorities, deadlines, and communication between stakeholders organized.
• Contribute to improving Thrive’s recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.

Thrive Talent Solutions helps fast-growing US businesses hire exceptional talent from southeastern Europe. We are expanding our internal team and looking for an experienced and independent Recruiter who will help identify the right candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

A key part of your role will be to source, interview, and evaluate exceptional talent based on skills, experience, motivation, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Conduct structured first-round interviews
• Assess candidates against defined requirements
• Proactively engage and build relationships with potential candidates
• Partner with the HR Director/Talent Acquisition Lead to understand role requirements and define effective sourcing strategies
• Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists, along with relevant information and documentation
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Provide market insights and recommendations on talent availability, compensation, and sourcing strategies
• Support multiple positions simultaneously while keeping priorities, deadlines, and communication between stakeholders organized
• Contribute to improving Thrive’s recruiting processes, tools, and best practices

We expect our company to triple in size over the next 6 months, and we will have opportunities for Recruiters to grow into Team Acquisition Leads:

• Support the HR Director/Talent Acquisition Lead with client intake calls and learn how to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
• Help develop job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate assessment frameworks for new roles
• Gradually take on more ownership of client communication and recruitment strategy, with the opportunity to grow into a broader Talent Acquisition role over time and be responsible for the complete recruitment process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
• Experience recruiting for international or US-based companies
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proven experience conducting interviews across different seniority levels, from entry-level to C-level positions
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Strong judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to assess both candidate qualifications and overall fit
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Recruiterflow or a similar ATS
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, IT/Tech, Marketing, Sales, Creative, or Operations roles
