Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Talent Advisor for a contract assignment to support high-volume entry-level warehouse and operations recruiting. You will partner with Hiring Managers to translate workforce needs into strong candidate pipelines, moving quickly from sourcing and screening to selection and offer execution.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, advise on structured interviewing, and help optimize SLAs and candidate experience while promoting referral programs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and using data to inform decisions.
• English and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for entry-level warehouse and operations roles.
• Consult with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and leaders to align goals, timelines and criteria.
• Execute an effective selection process using appropriate strategy and tools.
• Guide Hiring Managers on structured interviewing and compliant practices.
• Influence recruitment process flow to meet SLAs and improve funnel efficiency.
• Support offer development and approvals for competing offers.
• Track recruiting metrics to assess performance and improve pipelines.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program.
