McKesson is seeking a Talent Advisor to support high-volume hiring for entry-level warehouse and operations roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers to translate workforce needs into candidate pipelines, moving quickly from sourcing and screening through selection and offer execution.

You will influence hiring goals, timelines, and criteria with data, process discipline, and market insight in a fast-paced environment that powers essential frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and influencing hiring decisions with data and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for entry-level warehouse and operations positions.
• Consult with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to align hiring goals and criteria.
• Execute an effective selection process using the right recruiting strategy and candidate experience.
• Guide Hiring Managers on structured interviewing and support selection discussions to promote compliant practices.
• Influence hiring process flow to improve timeliness against SLAs and reduce friction in the funnel.
• Support offer development and approvals to create competitive offers.
• Maintain awareness of recruiting metrics to understand performance.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program and encourage adoption after onboarding.
