McKesson is seeking a Talent Advisor as a contract assignment through an external staffing partner. You will own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level warehouse and operations roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to translate workforce needs into strong candidate pipelines and offers.

You will influence interview processes, ensure legal compliance, and monitor SLAs while supporting referrals and continuous improvement in hiring metrics. Hybrid work model offered.

• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• May have degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and influencing hiring decisions through data, process, and market insight.

• Support offer development and approvals, helping Hiring Managers create competitive offers.
• Maintain awareness of key recruiting metrics to better understand overall recruiting performance.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program and encourage adoption after new hires onboard.
