Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Contract Sourcing Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. This contract role focuses on building and nurturing talent pipelines across multiple business units, identifying hard-to-find talent, and implementing creative sourcing strategies.

You will partner with recruiters to proactively attract top talent through diverse channels, conduct talent market research, and optimize sourcing processes using ATS/CRM systems, with Jobvite experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, lead generation, or a related field like sales or marketing.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to attract, engage, and manage passive talent.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools—Jobvite a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and talent pools, especially in emerging and niche markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using networking, referrals, social media, job boards, talent communities, and industry events.
• Conduct talent market research and build talent maps using advanced search techniques and tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Generate and maintain passive candidate pipelines and nurture long‑term relationships for future opportunities.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns, job advertisement strategies, and targeted outreach in partnership with recruiters and Employer Brand.
