Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the L.A./Orange County/Central Coast region with remote duties. The role develops regional recruitment strategies for licensed, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions, and supports non-management hiring for multiple programs.

Preferred candidates will have a BA/BS in HR, at least four years of experience in recruitment, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years of recruitment experience with increasing responsibilities and demonstrated skills in creative sourcing, recruiting strategies, and interviewing for diverse candidates
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Telecare mission, values and beliefs in daily interactions
• Develops quarterly proactive recruitment plan and goals
• Recruits and advertises for vacant positions
• Prescreens applications for key roles
• Sources, screens and conducts preliminary interviews
• Maintains application tracking and distributes resumes to programs
• Supports recruitment initiatives across regions and national positions
• Develops recruitment resources (brochures, flyers, giveaways)
• Represents Telecare in recruitment activities
• Manages recruitment budgets and bonuses when needed
• Provides recruitment training to managers and staff
• Partners with managers on strategic recruitment planning
• Works with Administrators on salary information
• Collaborates with Communications to create program-specific materials
• Supports start-ups with recruitment needs
• Engages local schools to build pipelines
• Facilitates Corporate Sponsorships and clinical rotations
• Assists with initiatives like NERP
• Delivers recruitment training at various locations
• Tracks and analyzes recruitment efficacy and generates reports
• Implements systems to streamline recruitment processes
• Contacts new hires to facilitate onboarding
