Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, source, and hire top talent across a regional footprint, partnering with field leadership and HR Business Partners to align hiring priorities and build high-performing teams.

This hybrid remote role supports high-volume field hiring, provides training on Jobvite, and guides leaders through intake, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience recruiting leadership-level talent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume hiring.
• Consultative, data-informed approach to hiring decisions.
• Experience with Jobvite or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for field leadership and other key roles.
• Partner with Field Leadership and HR Partners to set hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end hiring from intake to offer and onboarding readiness.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools.
• Coach leaders on recruiting processes and interview practices for high-volume hiring.
• Provide guidance on talent availability, compensation considerations, and sourcing trends.
• Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate data for metrics.
• Train and support Jobvite users among managers and field leaders.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Field Leadership on improvements.
