Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team in Boston. The role focuses on acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a strong advocate for candidates, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent.

You will manage the full cycle from sourcing to interview and hire, build a broad candidate network, and drive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios while meeting weekly and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates effectively.
• Strong client focus with commitment to satisfaction and value.
• Ability to manage and nurture a candidate bench while meeting metrics and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify candidates, conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to add client value.
• Maintain relationships and ensure submit/hire goals and related reports are met.
• Update applicant tracking data and perform related administrative duties.
