Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, driving sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommendations for hire.

Responsibilities include overseeing the selection process, building a strong candidate network, and developing proactive strategies to meet weekly submission and hire goals, while maintaining ATS data and reports.

Qualifications

Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong sourcing via market research and passive candidates.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial screens, gather client feedback.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present strong talent and advise on hiring decisions to clients.
Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and process improvements.
Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
Update and maintain recruiting reports and related admin tasks.
