Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in Maryland. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, using cutting-edge strategies to deliver top talent for critical roles.

You will oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates, while building a strong network and maintaining client relationships. This temporary contract runs 3–6 months with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and adapt to feedback.
• Strong pipeline management and clear communication of pipeline status.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to interviews and feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to find passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and manage objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment steps.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports and perform admin duties.
