Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting for engineering, skilled trades, or front-line leaders in industrial settings.
• 2+–5+ years recruitment experience is preferred and highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and timelines.
• Create and optimize job postings; manage postings and candidate progress using SuccessFactors.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Screen candidates; participate in interviews and provide guidance on feedback and best practices.
• Advise on the offer process; coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding experience.
