Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Rep in Durham, NC for a 06 Months Contract to support Diagnostics customers in the Americas. You will develop and maintain key relationships with logistics providers to ensure on-time, complete deliveries and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires SAP (MM/SD) proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and experience in logistics, air transport, andSOX-compliant invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (MM/SD) in a Logistics/SC role.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to air transportation, customs clearance, and international logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain world-class relationships with Diagnostics customers and logistics providers in the Americas.
• Ensure on-time and complete delivery of goods to Diagnostics customers.
• Maintain SAP sales orders and manage outbound shipments; track and trace; invoicing and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Planning/Procurement to analyze inventory to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
