Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain professional for a six-month contract in Wilmington, NC. The role focuses on inventory purchasing, vendor coordination and data management to support production needs.

You will manage inventory items, monitor replenishment and ensure timely PO closures while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency with PeopleSoft/SAP and Excel is preferred, along with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain functions (Storeroom, Procurement, Planning).
• Experience with PeopleSoft/SAP.
• Proficient Excel and analytical tools.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Purchasing and manage selected inventory items for production.
• Analyze replenishment for commodity orders and buys.
• Review order confirmations and change orders.
• Check order issues and expediting for inventory items.
• Manage PO closure reports and supplier changes.
• Ongoing supply management for items - ROP/Max.
• Follow-up on information requests for vendors and purchasing parts.
