Job summary

SRS Acquiom is expanding its leadership in the Clearinghouse space by adding a Service Product Manager and Partner Manager. This role focuses on imagining and delivering a holistic service and partner strategy, sourcing and managing partners, and collaborating with Product & Design to optimize the shareholder experience.

The position is hybrid from our Denver, CO office or fully remote within the Continental United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service product management experience with vendor-delivered services.
• Ability to drive strategy from concept through launch and scale.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with partners.
• Proven ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the service and partner strategy.
• Own the partner lifecycle end to end: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, performance, renewal.
• Collaborate with CFO, Product & Design, PMO to refine strategy and build business cases.
• Coordinate diligence and product demos with prospective partners and validate options.
• Deliver partnerships with timelines, budget, and resources; operationalize pilots and launches.
• Act as steward of the shareholder experience and standards across partner conversations.
