Job summary

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor IEP-based treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to improve student communication and learning outcomes. Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure.
• ASHA CCC preferred but not required; CCC enhances candidacy.
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans within IEP frameworks.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth.
• Prepare timely documentation and progress reports.
