Job summary

Soliant Health in California seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role that supports students' communication and academic achievement in a dynamic school environment. The position involves delivering Speech-Language Pathology services to a diverse caseload of about 40–50 students, with potential supervision of SLPA depending on caseload.

Key duties include assessments, IEP development, collaboration with educators and families, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CCC-SLP credential.
• California licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech-language therapy to students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs as needed (determined by final caseload and assignment structure).
